The company was incorporated on 27th March, 2002 as an Indigenous Independents Marketing Company with Corporate Head Office located in Lagos and Operational Base in Port Harcourt.

Corporate Objective
We plan to be very successful in the business of petroleum marketing nation-wide; setting up Petrol, Diesel and Gas Filling Stations and Petroleum storage tank farms/ fuel support and logistics bases across the nation with high install capacities using state-of-the-art metered
loading equipment to meet customers requirement and exceed their expectations.
What we intend to offer at Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone
Onne is the largest Port of West Africa dedicated to the oil Industry. The Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone is a host to all oil drilling and service companies. It is the perfect location to take advantage of the buoyant oil and gas market. Our plan is to own petroleum product depot and high capacity storage tank farm facilities within the Onne Port Complex that can assure operators in the zone uninterrupted product supply and also serve as a refueling point for docked ships on a 24-hour basis.
Our Core Business
Our core business will be petroleum marketing as follows:

Offshore Marine/ Coastal Services
Our plan major area of operation will be the Offshore Distribution of Petroleum Products to Major Oil Exploration and Production Companies at their Rig Sites and offshore Terminals.
It is our honest intention to own a fleet of Marine Tankers/ Vessels and Barges to enhance
our efficiency in product delivery and coastal supply of products to customers at locations
and drilling points.
Bunkering
The Company plans to secure bunkering licensing from the federal government and dedicate vessels for high sea bunkering
Industrial Supplies
We plan to use 33,000 litre trucks to supply petroleum products to industrial clients with large consumption.
Petrol, Gas and Diesel Station Operation
We plan to own and operate retail petrol, gas and diesel stations outlets in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri, Benin, Kaduna, Kano, Asaba, Abuja, and other cities to meet the growing fuel requirements of the general public. We intend to also operate gas-refilling plant outlets in Abuja and other major cities in Nigeria to cater for the domestic requirements of consumers and hotels.This will help to ensure effective gas deliveries to customers. Under this arrangement, cylinders can be directly picked up from residents, refilled, and returned quickly.
Home Delivery Services
We plan to carry out home delivery services that will involve directly delivering of Petroleum Products to customers’ homes and offices.
